Looking for reliable middleman FFL

I'm looking for a reliable middleman FFL, geographically close to SoCal (OR, NV, AZ, UT) that can help us transfer in some AK pistols.

I've tried calling and emailing Quentin Laser for the past couple days with no answer.

I called up Lanworld but they no longer perform middle-man services.

Who's doing middleman work and is FAST and RELIABLE?

All we need is someone to receive some AK pistols and install AK bullet buttons on them and re-ship them. No hi-cap rebuild kits, no dis-assembly, nothing fancy.

Don't they need to be set up as single shot i.e. with a magazine installed with a welded floorplate, etc?

No.

We're an FFL and can receive them in normal status. We've got sleds for them already that will make them single-shot.

They just need bullet buttons so they aren't AW's as we don't have an AW permit.

Try Quentin Laser again - they sometimes get backed up, but I found them reliable. Lancaster Arms is a possibility, I suppose.

If they can't return phone calls or emails, I'm not really interested. I'd love to throw business their way even if they said "hey, we're swamped right now and can't take any new work. Contact us in a month".

Maybe hes sick or on vacation? Give the guy a chance.

As for Lancaster, they didn't do it last time I checked (long time ago)

GS Arms in New Mexico is pretty good. Works a full time job so sometimes he can't ship right away, but still a lot better than many others.

I pm'ed that guy on Monday with a simple question, but have yet to receive a response. He must be really busy.

We have used Freakshow a lot and service has always been fast and reliable for us. There was a short time where he was overwhelmed but he has gotten his third party transfer stuff back in order. Last dozen or so third party transfers he has shipped out within one business day. He has even managed same day shipping on a couple of instances (which is NOT easy to pull off).
