    Excel 17 HMR Rifle question

    I have been trying to get ahold of excel to fix my rifle and no responses once I ask them to fix it. Has any one got ahold of them for a smiler situation? Does anyone have one that works the way it should? I think the rifle could be great but it will take some work.
