Special Weapons SW5 questions/problems

Years ago I purchased an SW-5 and just recently brought it back out to shoot and I'm noticing a few "glitches."

I broke it in properly and during that time didn't have problems, but this last time around it's been:
- failing to eject every 5 rounds or so. It doesn't grab the round and stove pipes another behind it. Dropping the mag then cycling the action ejects the round fine (?)
- Crushes empty brass and leaves them inside the trigger pack; I found 3 in there this time and only shot about 100 rds.

My MP-5 doesn't have this problem and I've read about the SW5 having issues similar to the ones I've posted, but nothing about how to rectify it. Does anyone have experience with these?

I would suggest sending it off to an HK smith like Jayson at IGF, or Mark at ARS. SW stuff is out of spec, these guys can make it right.

Thanks I sent them both mail about my problem. You wouldn't know of someone in NorCal by chance?
