Wrong ammo

Was at river city and bought some strippers of 7.62x54r. Noticed on stripper clip was different, but I though w/e there's probably different styles. I was inspecting my ammo cause I was planning on going shooting soon, and found a case with an odd dimple in it, threw it on the bench and looked at these. Anyways...point being here:

Can any of you guys identify ammo that has RG and 93 stamped on the bottom? Looks to be about a .30calibre. As far as length...I would say overall it's about 5-7mm shorter, oh yea and it's not rimmed like my 7.62x54r.

I need to cut my nails lol. The only reason I got this was the guy was inexperienced and couldn't figure out how to give me 15rounds when they were packaged in 10's lol. So he finally walked over and grabbed this one and I was like...What the heck? Oh well.

Thanks for the ID, might sell it to someone for mosin price. Or...what shoots this ammo?
