Well, I almost choked on my oatmeal when I looked at the Vallejo Times Herald today and saw the following article about Ed Tubbs and his safety philosophy at his new Vacaville gun range:
For a hopelessly liberal rag like the Times Herald, this is a quantum leap towards reality. I tip my hat to them even though I would not line my bird cage with this paper. Great thing about the Net is that I can still read about happenings in my old town without buying the paper.
My hats off to Mr. Tubbs for his great comments and for braving the economy to open a business in support of our industry.
By contrast, here is a recent Letter to the Editor that reflects the usual gun line that this paper carries:
