revolver style loading shotgun

Why doesnt someone make a revolver style shotgun? Like the street sweeper but, with an 18" barrel? The taurus judge is pretty neat idea too but I hear the .410 round isnt effective.

Would a street sweeper type shotgun with a longer barrel be cali legal?

In CA, the Taurus Judge is considered a SBS.

Plus a practical matter

Do you really want to put your other hand out there on the handguard in front of the cylinder? I realize tolerances are pretty good nowadays, but still .... I tihnk there was some revolver long arm just before the Civil War, and it failed for that very reason.
