    Colt M22 at Big 5

I was at Big 5 Simi Calley this afternoon and I saw a Colt Umarex on display. The manager said they are the only one who have it. Probably the management is testing the water. I asked him if I can take pics but he said something about company policy so I did not press. Hopefully they would sell an Off list soon.

They are not the only ones in CA to carry them. Turners, the most recognizable chain of gun stores also carries them. They probably will not take on OLL stuff until the end of the CA AW ban.

I know, Turner's had a sale last month. I was just surprised that Big 5 decided to sell one.

So does BSTII Pawn Shop here in Sacramento. They've had them for a few months now. I've been to 2 Sac area B5's and NADA. Man, if only I didn't have a .22 conversion kit for my 5.56 rifles! I just can't justify buying yet ANOTHER friggin' AR!!!!

OK, sorry. Why wouldn't they though. It's perfectly legal even for them. I think they had sold the Armscor AK22 before.

When I was talking with corporate management before they were pretty much closed on OLL and other AW looking firearm. I mentioned the lower with 22 Stag upper, there was no Colt then and their answer was something like, "we will decide what we sell and mind your own business" in a polite way. My last email to them was giving a link when someone made an OLL private transfer at big 5. I think it was somewhere north of me
                .

                When did they sell Armscor?

In any type of fight, & especially gun fights, there are no winners ..... just varying degrees of losers. The only fight you win is the one you never get into.

                          Actually 2 wks from TODAY...

Big 5, Sportsmans Warehouse and some other chains carry them but man they are proud of them and the price shows it.

Might have to push it back to Wednesday if the Bay Bridge is not completed in time...
