When was I teen, was helping dad do a cleanup of house where tenant had just upped and left without paying rent. Landlord wanted the stuff moved out, cleaned and any repairs made. In the basement was cases of .22 mini-mags, rifle rounds and pistol rounds. Various knives and some pellet rifles. Also was huge stash of porn mags and videos. Who'd leave all those rounds behind beats me. We brought it to the garage and the landlord hauled it away to a dump probably.

When I was 14, I found a Diana target pistol in the trash bin on base in Germany. My dad took it to the MPs, they said take it to the Base Commander. The Base Commander looked at it and said "it’s yours, no serial number, found it in the trash". Still have it today, had to engrave a serial number on it to get out of Germany.

This picture is exactly what I have, but not of mine, farmed off the internet.

That is a Remington rolling block carbine probably in 7mm Mauser.

If you are in an urban fast food restaurant during school hours, check the ceiling tiles above the toilet. You might find some curious stuff up there.
