    Is this legal in Cali?

    I saw it at an out of state gunshow a few months ago and I've been pretty intrigued, I think the ramrod may be a banned feature though. I heard there are bayonets made for these, is it banned because it has a capacity to accept a bayonet? I was also thinking of putting some tactical rails on it but I think that may be an evil feature too. PLEASE HELP!

                      I'm still pretty amazed at how much carnage in history has been done with single shot rifles like the one posted.
