Hands down, but what do you base the comparison on, have you experienced both systems.Comment

I played with an SR-556 that came into the shop and I've played with the LWRC M6's that came in too. The LWRC wins hands down. The M6 rails can detach separately from the bottom or top to clean the piston area, where as the ruger is just a mix and match of Troy, Magpul, and Adams gas piston. Nothing really innovative. Just another AR with the ruger name and xxx-xxxxx serial numbering. Plus the LWRC has gone through extensive military testing and use and I trust that more than the Adams GP. I know I know, military uses it so I must too is kind of a joke but on somethings, if it works for them then it says something about how it performs IMO. My boss uses an LWRC upper on his preban that he runs in carbine classes and it has never failed him. I do like the chrome bolt too.Comment

LWRC without question.God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
The courage to change the things I can;
And the wisdom to know the difference.Comment

Re: highlight.... where did you get this info? From what I've read around the net (and granted, I don't frequent the AR15.com or m4carbine.net sites) the piston design was in-house and patent pending. Do you have a reliable source/link?
