HAHAHAHA, oh man talk about a random flashback to the 80's.

And I loved the line about how this new version allows for faster rates of fire and more controllability, so then it shows a bunch of dudes shooting this thing in slow motion with the muzzile just going all over the damn place, lol.

You've never been to a "handgun & hard liquor night" at the local bar I guess

            Being north of
70 has definite advantages: I was able to do all my stupid stuff before video cameras, smartphones, utube, and the internet.

I remember seeing these things at gun shows. Was never tempted to buy one.

The Hell-Fire was a spring and lever arrangement. Didn't work very well, threw mine away long before they were banned in CA.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

                    this
12020. (a) Any person in this state who does any of the following
is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding one year
                    or in the state prison:
                    (1) Manufactures or causes to be manufactured, imports into the
state, keeps for sale, or offers or exposes for sale, or who gives,
                    lends, or possesses any multiburst
                    trigger activator

                    (23) As used in this section, a "multiburst trigger activator"
means one of the following devices:
                    (A) A device designed or redesigned to be attached to a
semiautomatic firearm which allows the firearm to discharge two or
more shots in a burst by activating the device.
                    (B) A manual or power-driven trigger activating device constructed
and designed so that when attached to a semiautomatic firearm it
increases the rate of fire of that firearm.
You think you know, but you have no idea.

The thing the gripes me about this law was the prohibition on possession. A lot of people were made instant criminals just by owning one.

It was fun while it lasted. I actually liked mine. If I knew then you could do the same thing with a rubber band, I never would have bought one. Since I don't reload ammo is too expensive nowaday anyway.

Hellfires worked pretty well on some guns, lousy on others.
