Last night I did a late session at the range shooting my Glock .357 and ran into some fail to fire rounds while shooting. I posted what happened in the handgun section looking for some advice from fellow calguners. Thanks for the help to those who posted. So I called Ammo Brothers this morning and they said to bring the ammo back plus my Glock and they would have their gunsmith take a look at it. So I did. They were very friendly when I got there and let me state what was happening without getting upset. The gunsmith took a look at my Glock asked if I would'nt mind him test firing it with the ammo that I was having a problem with. I said sure. He test fired it and found out that the cap/primer is just too strong for my Glock to fire. He said they had ran across the same scenario awhile back in some winchester .45 rounds.Well they offered me store credit for the full amount of my ammo purchase. I just wound up getting more ammo in other calibers. I was expecting a little flack since it was ammo, but there was none.Over all it was a great experience. They stand behind what they sell and if there is a problem they fix it. Thank you,to Art and the rest of your staff. I have found a new store that I really like.
