PPT @ Bass Pro in Manteca??

I was just wondering if Bass Pro in Manteca does PPTs? I might as well kill two birds with one stone while I'm out in that area.

They have to do long guns if they sell long guns and handguns if they sell handguns. They will most likely not go anywhere near an oll tho.

I was there a couple months back and they did have long guns and handguns for sale. And I'm doing a PPT on a handgun. I'll probably just call tomorrow to verify. I would've called now but it's too late.

No need to call; if they sell handguns then they have to do PPT's on both long guns and handguns.

Cool, thanks for the help guys.

I guess it doesn't make sense for me to go there after selling. It will all go into Bass Pro's register

ive done 2 ppt transfers on ar's there. 1 rockriver and 1 remington vtr. they were at least open to doing oll stuff. but make sure you have a lot of time on your hands. 2 ppt transfers to the same person (calguns member) took about 2 hours.
Iam a good shot. At least i think i would be. Iam a good free throw shooter.

Go to Tunn Tavern Arms in Manteca. Lee does cheap DROS and PPTs and he is a member here.

I did a ppt there about 2 months back ... only took about 30 mins... not great speed but definatley not target masters ... just be sure you have a lock on the gun and notify them when you enter that youre there to do a ppt they escort you and the firearm upstairs ... Beware though picking up the firearm was a whole different beast ... had to wait 1hr + to pick up the firearm because they didn't have the right manager to escort me and my gun to the exit ... wierd policy they have

+1 for Lee. Super nice guy, and gets you in and out, fast. However, you'll probably end up hanging out and talking guns for an hour or so like I do

ETA - One other thing. He's about a 1.5minute drive from Bass Pro

Stay away from BassPro.. PPT transfer took 2.5 hours 10 days ago.. I went this morning to pick up my gun and had to wait 2 hours while they looked for a manager to "sign-off" on the paperwork.
