does anyone know the business hours of Bright Spot Pawn in Riverside..I need to do a transaction there tomorrow....Monday 8/24

They open at 10am on Monday.
Best call before hand and see if they are doing transfers. Last I heard, 11 days ago, they were not doing any until some paperwork was cleared up.
