    What is this?

    I picked this up a a thrift store today for $7.00! It appears to be black powder but I am not sure. It feels and looks old. It says "Mendi Spain" and has a serial number 26145.

    It is about twelve inches long and the hammer cocks and flies forward when I pull the trigger.

    Any ideas?

                  I can tell it is real and that it has been fired as it has gun powder residue on it? I know this looks like a joke but it is not!
