    Hopefully this works out in the homeowner's favor, and won't cost him much $$ when in court.

    In CA, it would cost him a fortune in court.
    Well, the fact is that politicians don't get votes via logic, but an emotional public. Work 'em up, throw out some platitudes, get the votes.

            you would think they would pull the plug on the whole robbery thing when he started walking around with a loaded AR. I guess druggies aren't the brightest even when it comes to common sense. It would be like trying to mug someone with a knife at a gun range while everyone watches. Thanks for helping clean the gene pool!

            And look on the bright side of the home owner, he'll save a bunch of money on hearing protection by switching to Geiko.
