Buying C&R out of state...

If I go to let's say the Reno gun show and find a C and R rifle that a private party is selling. Can I legally buy it at the show and legally bring it back to Kali? Saw great deal on a couple of guns at this last show but I was afraid of doing the deal because of the D.O.J. Nazi's they have there undercover and I just didn't know if it would be legal or not. Help!!

If you have a C&R FFL then you could have legally bought any C&R firearms at the show. If you do not have an FFL then you can't receive any firearms from private parties while out of state. This is Federal law and not California law.
