Three wounded in Oakland shooting

Police are investigating a shooting near Broadway and Fifth Street that wounded three people in Oakland this morning.

The shooting occurred around 2 a.m., Oakland police said. Three men from Vallejo were shot.

The victims were taken to a hospital, but their injuries were not life-threatening, police said.

Police said the shooting may have stemmed from an argument at a nearby nightclub, and the three may have been shot on the street while changing a tire.

Police have no suspects in custody

It must have been all of those legaly owned firearms owned by law abiding citizens on the streets that caused the shooting! We must ban all guns. Guns are the root of all evil!
