This is sort of like the magazine "freedom week".
The next step now is for California to ask Benitez for a "stay" (temporarily made of no effect). California would have to ask Benitez, they cannot at this point ask the 9th circuit nor any other court. Benitez then can ponder and ponder and make a decision to stay or not. If he does not issue a stay, and he almost surely will not, California will then go to the 9th and they will get their stay.
Meanwhile while California prepares and then Benitez ponders, the freedom period is here.Comment

I also got the FFL REQUIRED on Targetsports. But I did go to my local shop and they knew about the change. They looked at my ID to confirm my age, but that's it.---------------------

The GFG channel on youtube has been saying for a month that 9mm and .223 type ammo is going to dry up soon. As compared to other calibers. The reason being humongous orders by the U.S. military of these two calibers. Which was probably done on purpose by the government for reasons having nothing to do with their "need".Comment
