Do I need to wear glasses?

So I've had everything done to my eyes. I wore glasses, then switched to contacts, then had to go back to glasses, then got lasik, then my vision got blurry so I went back to glasses and then discovered I needed cataract surgery. Now I'm 20/20 in one eye and 20/25 in other one.

Along the way, I discovered that a red dot is really the best way to go for pistols. I found that while a dot works well, a green circle dot on my Holosun is really the best. I see the green ring as clear as day and it works out well for me.

I've found that my eyes also pick up fiber optic front sights really well, particularly the green ones.

If you don't want to go to red dots, that's another option that worked well for me.

[Thoughts]

I went with red and green dots. Now I can shoot with contact lenses for distance. That might work for you, as others have suggested. Personally, I prefer the green dots and the ACSS reticle.
