    Glaser Arms in Brentwood

After Kevin Smith bailed out Idaho, I was left, looking for a new FFL. Last few purchases I?ve made were at Sportsmans Warehouse. Great prices and the big selection for sure. But it should never take 45 minutes to do a pick up of a firearm.

I?m the suggestion of some of the members here I went to Glaser arms for a firearm that I had order online. Zach was awesome. To do my paperwork took 10 minutes. Pick up took five minutes. And he only charges $50 to receive the firearm.

This guy is my go to from now on. I also like supporting the small family business. I?ll probably still buy ammo and stuff at SW and the new Turners in Pittsburg. But all my firearm purchases will very likely go through Zach.

Glad you had a good experience. Zach has been my go-to for years.

Even through the Covid days Zach was my one stop shop. I always try and give Glaser arms my business because it’s a hidden gem of a spot. Glad to see another person to give them more business.

How's their selection of used guns? Particularly milsurps and C&Rs?

I saw no Milsurps or CRs. Old West Gun Room in El Cerrito for that.

Zach is very professional at what he does. Done multiple online transactions and had 0 issues with him.

I second this. Old West Gun Room definitely has the cool selection of old rifles and shotguns in the East Bay.

He has some Garands and a Lee Enfield No 4 right now. He gets stuff often, but it also doesn't last long as it isn't priced to the moon. I just bought an M39 from him maybe a month ago.

Zach is fantastic, and there is absolutely zero reason for anyone to go to Sportsmans unless you place zero value on your time. He's quick and efficient, knowledgable and friendly.

However, it is dangerous to float into his shop as I've impulse bought probably a dozen things at this point.

He has a 1953 Winchester 62a for me waiting to pick up that was just there, the right price, and couldn't say no.
