I?m looking into trading my Franklin Armory CA320 for a hunting Shotgun and wanted to know if that is allowed on this forum.

If you are talking about a mutual PPT between 2 Ca residents, sure. Just meet at a FFL and do the paperwork, pay the fees and wait 10 days.

Post an ad in Private Firearms Sales - Handguns section titled “WTT CA320 for hunting shotgun” and clearly state what you’re looking for/location.
Add pics and request trade offers sent by private message. Good luck!

^^^^^^ This... Just make sure you do it legally through an FFL and you are GTG

Did someone mention to do the transfer legally? As in, completely legal.

                  both need fscs.
The 'seller' does not need an FSC, only ID and proof of residency. The buyer must provide ID, proof of residency and an FSC or CCW.

In a trade that involves guns on both sides, each will have to provide ID and proof of residency, as well as an FSC or CCW, since each weapon will be DROSd.
