Going off of their web site description only. I don't shop at this particular LGS any more since finding a new one that's not "local" but close enough and good enough to make it worth the drive.

Call them and ask. Then let us know what they say.

I would look at "we as a community" as the gun buying public. "Them" are unscrupulous gun dealers that steal magazines from their customers. They aren't part of "our community".

As a person who has little faith left in humanity, that's where I was leaning, hence my post.

I finally called yesterday because I found myself with a little time. And I'm glad I did. The person I spoke with was adamant that they come with 3 mags, as evidence not only by the ones he had sold, but also by the one he had bought for himself. I brought up what it says on the website, and he could not speak to that as the site is maintained by someone not involved in the retail / customer facing side of things. I'm really glad I didn't "out" them after all.

FIrst and foremost, it was a legit question based on available evidence, so not "FUD". Second, I never named anyone, so there's no reputational damage to be "undone". And finally, how does one "take down" a post? Since I'm not a mod, it doesn't seem likely I could make it go away.

the person in charge or who wrote the ad needed to be taken to the woodshed ... if he/she doesn't change it to 3. "a" gives the impression that the lgs was holding back 2 mags and makes them look unscrupuluos.

Does the distributor keep records of how many mags were sent with a particular Sig 320 to the retailer?
