There is no CompMag for the HK9X series of firearms.

    Franklin Armory DFM-HK.
    MagLatch HK91/CETME/PTR91 fixed magazine kit

This video shows how to install both commercially available HK9X series fixed magazine solutions for CA.

How to load/reload a CA legal HK fixed magazine:

    Option A.
    1. Check to see if firearm is unloaded.
    2. Lock bolt to rear.
    3. Load cartridges through the ejection port into the fixed 10 round magazine.
    4. Release bolt to load firearm.

    Option B.
    1. Check to see if firearm is unloaded.
    2. Remove stock.
    3. Remove trigger group.
    4. Replace empty 10 round magazine with loaded 10 round magazine.
    5. Reinstall trigger group.
    6. Reinstall stock.
    7. Pull back and release the charging handle to load firearm.

    Option C.
    1. Check to see if firearm is unloaded.
    2. Invert firearm so the bottom of magazine is facing up.
    3. Remove the magazine floor plate from the fixed 10 round magazine.
    4. Remove the magazine spring and follower from the magazine.
    5. Load 10 cartridges into the magazine body.
    6. Reinstall the magazine follower, magazine spring, and magazine floor plate.
    7. Rotate firearm so the bottom of magazine is facing down.
    8. Pull back and release the charging handle to load firearm.
