Kalashnokov KR-103 for California

Hello All,
I love to have a Kalashnikov KP-9, but it is illegal in Great (Fart) state of California. I am trying to convince Kalashnikov to make a California compliant version.
Can I get some help here?

Are internal parts for these KP-9s available anywhere?

The AKs always had a myriad of NOS milsurp parts at all the larger gunshows

ALG triggers fit and it looks like the pistol grip is standard AK but anything else you want will have to come from K-USA. IIRC the mags are Saiga 9 style, so there's a couple of options besides K-USA for those.
