High standard ar-15 lower

i was looking for some feedback regarding high standard brand ar lowers and parts.

They're some of the tightest-grouping lowers on the market!

do mind me asking what kind of upper,barrel, and was that with iron sights or scope?

A lower is a lower is a lower. What you wanna spend time searching for is the upper. That has the critical parts that you dont want to skimp on. Besides the rollmarks lowers are pretty much built to the same spec. Choose whichever one you like best and build it! Personally, I like the CMMG and Mega rollmarks.

I was just goofing. I know you know the lower doesn't have much to do with accuracy. I like my High Standard just fine though. It's as good as any other brand, functionally. That was with a White Oak Armament service rifle upper, RRA 2-stage trigger, iron sights, from the bench, with my handloads. If I could put a scope on it, I'm sure it would do better than that. My eyes are the limiting factor.

If you're thinking about a High Standard lower, it's as good as any other. It locks up really tight with that upper. I don't know about any other parts they make.

its my first build and with so many lowers priced in a pretty wide range i just thought i would ask.

I got a High Standard from Bay Area Gun Vault and I'm happy with it.

Mine is fine. Fits perfectly with my Stag upper and shoots great.
