My COE expired. Went through the process again. Livescan and application sent July 14th. Over 3 months and nothing. Is this normal?

I applied for my first COE ever on Oct 17 (LiveScan was done Oct 16). Approved by Oct 28, after a "incomplete for no FFL03" email and response on Oct 26.
I'm still waiting for my FFL03 to get here, and I mailed that out on Oct 11. ATF cashed my check on Oct 18, so hopefully soon.Last edited by ponderosa; 10-29-2023, 8:09 PM.
