Next Pistol Brace? One Shot Brace

Pretty interesting, seems like they get around any ATF nonsense.

Next Pistol Brace? One Shot Brace

TFB tv just showed this product being showcased at TriggrCon

The company says it is legal since it doesnt attach to the pistol. And claims that most/all USA agencies are using something similar.

I'll be honest I had a similar idea when the pistol brace ban was looming.

I love how this guy says that his device is being used by every federal law enforcement agency under the sun......federal agencies have access to SBR's and SMG's that are FAR more practical than a plastic board held behind a pistol. if I am drawing my duty weapon the last thing I want to do is fumble around with a plastic stock thing thats not even attached to the weapon. might be a fun toy for the range but for duty use.

          FWIW...

In this ATF distributed visual guide, BATFE: Common weapon platforms with attached "stabilizing brace" designs that are SBR, Page 18 = "Glock type firearm with shockwave blade attached - SBR...

See how the brace is "attached" to the handgun and have your lawyer explain how this new USA1Shot product does not meet this method of being "attached" to the firearm.

Bonus... What is pictured in the ATF guide is the prototype brace that USA1Shot submitted to BATFE for determination and the basis for the 1st gen and 2nd gen USA1Shot stabilizing brace.

          1st gen USA1Shot stabilizing brace

          2nd gen USA1Shot stabilizing brace

i think it's an interesting system, not for me but i can see others wanting one. anything that disrupts any form of gun control is good.
