Custom work Dan Wesson DWX - Los Angeles

    Hey gang,

Does anyone know a shop in the Los Angeles area who does milling for an optic mount and also slide cuts + barrel porting? If you have had any positive experience with this shop, that would be great.

    Thank you very much

Thank you, I was looking for someone local to Los Angeles but if I don't find anyone I will probably give them a call.

Another strategy (and maybe one you may not like or want to hear):

Sell your DWX now while you can still recoup much of your outlay and wait for the RDS versions which are probably around the corner. An interchangeable RDS plate system, IMO, will be much nicer (fit, finish match, RDS compatible rear sight) than simply milling/refinishing the slide.

But, to each their own, so good luck with whatever you decide.
