Is this common knowledge that I've missed? They are the only ones with the upper that I want in stock. So I ordered it - over the phone (old school). Operator took the order and never mentioned any issue. This morning I get an "order cancelled" email. I called in... operator says they "can't ship complete UPPERS to CA due to their local laws" - having nothing to do with any perceived CA laws. Interesting.
So its a no go. Kind of stinks, I was looking forward to completing my low cost AR10 in 6.5.
I'm not looking to bash optics planet, I've had OK experiences with them so far. Just putting the word out there in case anyone isn't privy to this as I wasn't.
