Christensen CS was great, they paid for shipping and return to replace barrel for a MPR, they will back you up. So quality control may be off but they are mass produced and if you don't know what you're doing, you may never know what was wrong, especially in a 16" ar and new to guns. I would still suggest cutting your teeth a a cheaper AR just to get to know the platform, then spend big bucks on a quality one. You don't want to be at the range messing around with jams and the likes on a carbon, high visibility firearm.

I really don't know what AR is cheaper and still good quality, not really wanting to spend 1000 for a saint victor and then spend another 1700 for a CA5five6. Lately I have been leaning more towards a featureless rifle. Looking for a good quality one and with CA compliant grip.If you want to go into the bush, take a Land Rover.
