Calim Shooter Supply Vallejo FFL Experience?

Has anyone had experience using FFL services at Calim Shooter Supply in Vallejo? I can't find anything other than their phone number and address. Thanks in advance.

Why no to AAA? Sure, their prices are a bit high, but they do seem to have good inventory, and the staff seems ok.

I think he's saying yes to AAA.

No, AAA sporting is what I meant. I?ve never been more humiliated in a gun store in my whole life. I was treated in a manner which was just atrocious. If you want to know about it, I can send you a PM.

I went there a several years ago and was treated poorly. I don't understand why they have good reviews. Bunch of Flip a-holes.

I asked about Calim. Not sure why you're going on about AAA.

Triple A was cool. I put a gun on layaway when I was 17 and picked up when I was 18,(sandy hook happened during that time frame).

Calim the nice gunsmithing work for me when he was still alive. I think he was in his 70s at the time.

Joe Calim was a great guy, I bought one gun and did a few transfers with him. When he passed (96 years old) his wife Susan (not as old as him but up there) became an FFL and was going to continue doing PPT''s, order guns and ammo for folks. She had zero gun knowledge. She has stopped doing all of the FFL stuff and I understand she is closing everything down. Again, she is close to zero on gun knowledge and had to call the DOJ to help her complete my Interstate intrafamilial transfer last year. Still listed the barrel length incorrectly. I would use a more competent FFL (I went to Solar tactical this month for the interstate / Intrafamilial transfer. I felt over charged (same price as a PPT), but hey, it's California.

If I recall correctly, Joe used to have a small trailer over at USI in Concord. He used to do repairs and transfers there.
