    Handgun storage question

So my dad who lives out of state has accumulated about a dozen handguns. I am visiting him and noticed that he has most of them in their original boxes. He and my mom currently live in a separate unit attached to my brothers house.

While it?s not California I do think that some kind of secured storage might be appropriate. My mine concern would be theft. While it?s highly unlikely it could happen so it?s something to think about.

He has no Lon guns and does not intend to ever get one.

I have a full size safe in my house in California since I have both handguns and long guns so I think that?s overkill.

Can anyone suggest some type of handgun only safe for consideration? I?ve been searching but can?t really find much.

Try craigslist or offer up. Maybe document safe. Where outa state does your dad live.

Have you looked at Sentry safes? They have all sizes. I do suggest bolting a small safe to wall studs/floor though.

I've has a couple for various items for many years and no problems. (spin dials).

      Good luck.

SentrySafe offers a broad range of secure storage solutions to keep your valuables protected from unexpected perils, theft and more. View safes.
