Please suggest stores worth visiting !

Hello from the Uk , im coming over for a family 10 day road trip from SF to Sandiego on the 25th traveling down the cost road & although my wife thinks its just a vacation ........... its realy a buying trip
Now i know you Ca shooters are almost as screwed as myself over here on gun restrictions but im hoping some of you could point me in the right direction for gun stores " on route" worth visiting:
normaly stay in Florida & have orders pre shipped to motels,but were at a different location each night so has to be walk in purchases.
Here's what im looking for : Mec 12g 600 press:5000 wads:couple of 1022 hogue stocks & extended mag & bolt levers:Reddot sights:
Also looking for a good tactical store that carries Police equipment.

The way I and Hill billy were treated at that store I woldnt step foot in there with a gun pointed at my head. Theire one of the few gun stores that carried a M14 when i was looking for one. I rather go without than to EVER put any money in those guys pockets.

Go to On Target. Maybe not as many choices but gerat people to deal with and try Ades in Orange also. small gun store good people.

Hello Gunfighteruk. Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World has everything you are looking for except for the tactical equipment. You have two stores to choose from. There is one location in Manteca but this store is not quite on the way to San Diego. I think you should stop at the location in Rancho Cucamonga as this store may be more conveniently located on your journey. Plus the Rancho Cucamonga store is much larger and much nicer than the Manteca store.

The best part is that these Bass Pro Shop stores are actually quite an experience. Your family will enjoy it regardless of whether they share your interest in firearms. Prices are also pretty good as this is essentially the WalMart of guns and they have a lot of buying power.

For the Mec 12g 600 press and the 5000 wads, I would visit Phillips Wholesale in Covina(SoCal). He carries a lot of shotgun components and loaders.Give him a call to see if he has what you need.Open on Thursday,Friday and Saturday,Monday-Wednesday by appointment only.

Funny, I feel the same way about Ade's.

That said, I can't think of any gun shops I could recommend you go to for your big Road Trip. The folks at OC Indoor Range in Brea are real cool but their selection of rare or special goods is almost nonexistent. Fowler's Gun Room has a decent selection, but overpriced.
