These unconstitutional laws take hold overnight compared to how long it takes to reverse them . Reverse as in ruled unconstitutional but emergency injunction then kicked to a higher court who stays the injunction and kicks it back down to lower court and back and forth for a few years then the Supreme Court where it is deemed unconstitutional but the judge puts a stay while he sends it back to a different court so that they can look at for a year and then it Gets reversed! Only to see that a similar law but slightly different has already passed and the unwinnable game continues....
