    Stag Arms Retro 15

Is the Stag Arms retro 15 20” a solid rifle? Im thinking of purchasing considering they have a great warranty. I?ve also looked at Spikes Tactical and they appear to be a little cheaper. Would you recommend purchasing from Stag Arms directly or is there a store out there that sells them cheaper?

Stag has a solid rep as a medium quality AR and medium quality is pretty darn good. Any higher quality and you are going to pay substantially more for it and really no need if your not going to war with it.

I?ve got what started as a completely Stag Arms Stag-15 carbine. Never had a problem with it. It?s eaten everything I?ve put in it. I?ve changed the stock, grip, and hand guard but everything internal is still Stag. It did come with a semi auto bolt carrier though. Not sure if they still do.
