+1. By the time I get to Walmart 15 minutes after they open, the 9mm and the .45s are gone.

I have no problems buying .40S&W at Walmart. I just picked up 6 boxes of Federal. All for me!!!

I do miss WWB 100 packs.

I was at the Mountain View Walmart yesterday. Sign still listed six box max. Asked them if the policy was likely to change soon in the context of getting rid of the limit alltogether. He said there was plans to change it. FWIW yes WM has about the best prices out there. I have found websites (mostly from readin here) that do have ammo in stick from time to time that sell by the case. It just costs more. My biggest fear with that bill in CA legislature is that it would no longer allow mail order purchase of ammo.

I have heard of 2 brick of .22lr limits at well at some walmarts. I have never seen it locally though. I like the fact .45acp is being rationed. I have only been able to get 2x 100rd boxes this year. Have had much more success with .22lr,9mm and even .380acp to a certain extent.

This gouging crap is getting old. I only hoard enough in most calibers to ensure I have enough whenever I want to shoot. It not like I can stroll on down to Walmart any old time and pick up .22lr and .45acp and 9mm.

I think it says 6 boxes per day.

I just ordered online for .45ACP. I did buy a case.
