Okay, I just swapped out the 507C with a 407C, and now I don't feel nearly as bad.

The Taurus still has a great sight, but just a green dot, which is more suitable for HD/SD anyway.

Now I can save the circle dot for something a little more worthy.

From what I have seen a good set of glass can far out cost the rifle it's on.

Aside from that I had a Ruger 10/22 with a $200 dollar Volquartsen trigger group and a $300 dollar scope on it.

I tend to look at things that work instead of how much things cost.
