Epc 9 lower

Ok just curious, for those who have the EPC 9 from Aero what is the set screw (Top View) next to the mag release?

No lie I thought it was a Hogue Freedom Fighter ready to mag lock it lol?

I have put Hogue Freedom fighters on several EPC9's but they do not come drilled & tapped for it from the factory.

The screw-pin on top of an EPC9 lower receiver is what the mag catch pivots on.
It's just like those screw-pins that some makers use to hold the bolt catch instead of a standard roll pin.
To remove the mag catch, you unscrew the pin and pull it out the top and then the mag catch and spring will fall out of the lower.
