..I am thinking about purchasing and shooting for a while, then would probobly sell or trade......is this AK legal to sell on CalGuns? Haven't seen one on the for sale threads so I wanted to ask....don't know if the underfolding option makes them "unsellable"?

needs to have some mod to meet the overall length test when folded as well as pass the general not an AW test.

The shoulder thing on this Yugo goes DOWN. So you should be okay.
