CCW Part II - Favorite Shield Holsters

Hey all.

so to piggyback off the recent CCW thread, it seems a lot of you guys carry a shield.

I just wanted to see what your preference is for holster.

I carry appendix and use the ANR Designs master blaster. Its a single clip sidecar style holster and it works well for me. Just wanted to see what others carry and like.

Alien gear IWB. Holds both the Shield and glock. Both are my ccw guns.

I’m fond of the alien gear iwba. I like it has padding that runs up the back of the gun and keeps the rear sight from digging into my belly.

I've used Alien Gear, Black Arch, Crossbreed, and Bravo Concealment. All appendix carry. I mainly use the Bravo Concealment because it's the smallest and thinnest out of all of the holsters I've used. Often times I would find myself trying to conceal the holster more than the gun itself. I like the Bravo because the clips aren't huge and don't bulge out since they are on the side of the holster and not on the middle/fattest part of the holster. The Crossbreed Reckoning is good also, but it still isn't as small as the Bravo. The Bravo is also the least expensive holster I've owned, go figure.

Still have my g code eclipse. New holsters are thinner, but it's been working

I carried my Shield in a Stealth gear ventcore mini for years. By far the most comfortable IWB.

Use the same brand now for my 365x. They are priced at $100.

I use this,The Cozy Partner, from DeSantis. Very comfortable, holds the Shield nicely, has adjustable tension, and is Leather! I carry IWB @ 3 o'clock.
