    Judicial Misconduct

Time to start holding Judges accountable for not following Supreme Court guidance.

Too many decisions lately that don?t follow the Bruen guidance.

Step 1, is there any foundation in the Text/History/Tradition, of any law, anywhere in the United States, between the ratification of the Second Amendment in 1790, and the Fourteenth Amendment?s passage in 1869?

If the answer is YES, then proceed.
If the answer is NO, then DO NOT go forward.

Since we know, thank you Rob Bonta, that the ONLY constitutional law during that period was a fire code with regard to the storage of black powder, most laws today are unconstitutional. There have always been places firearms have not been permitted, ?Sensitive Places? that DO have historical foundation and basis of constitutionality. Those should be honored. As should the wishes of private property owners.

So, let?s lay out WHO should be charged with Judicial Misconduct, and share with others how to file and proceed in having jurists removed from the bench.

Not only Bruen, with the abortion decision as well

It seems Biden is "supporting" ignoring the Supreme Court, judging by many of his comments. Maybe until he packs it with extreme leftists.

Implications of courts ignoring the SCOTUS?

    Anarchy? Intra state civil wars?

Not that I give 2 poops, but were you also making a stink when abortion was legal and judges were weren't following the law?

Thomas is Crow's lackey, but no comments? Can you imagine how some people would react if it was revealed LBJ was getting unreported money/favors from Soros.

        How does judicial misconduct work?

Can regular citizens file a complaint of some sort?

John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!

And how exactly does one file judicial misconduct against a sitting Supreme Court Justice?

We have justices on the bench that believe that the COTUS is a living document...that it can be selectively reinterpreted at will by nine unelected lawyers in D.C. to suit the current vogue of the times.

Where exactly does this concept come from?

There is nothing in the COTUS that confirms this. There is nothing in the Federalist Papers or the Anti Federalist Papers that confirms this. There is nothing in ANY of the other writings of the founders that confirms this. As far as I can tell, it's a completely fabricated doctrine to allow corrupt judges to, "legislate from the bench."

You should be able to catch yellowtail at the island any time from Spring through Fall. Don’t believe anyone runs fishing charters from Catalina, although I’m sure you could arrange for a private charter such as Bongos to pick you up in Avalon for a day trip.

If you’re feeling froggy, try timing it in the Fall when you can try for the bruisers hanging in the pinnacles at Farnsworth Bank, backside of the island… they are big, strong and will kick your *** and break your heart.
