Time to start holding Judges accountable for not following Supreme Court guidance.
Too many decisions lately that don?t follow the Bruen guidance.
Step 1, is there any foundation in the Text/History/Tradition, of any law, anywhere in the United States, between the ratification of the Second Amendment in 1790, and the Fourteenth Amendment?s passage in 1869?
If the answer is YES, then proceed.
If the answer is NO, then DO NOT go forward.
Since we know, thank you Rob Bonta, that the ONLY constitutional law during that period was a fire code with regard to the storage of black powder, most laws today are unconstitutional. There have always been places firearms have not been permitted, ?Sensitive Places? that DO have historical foundation and basis of constitutionality. Those should be honored. As should the wishes of private property owners.
So, let?s lay out WHO should be charged with Judicial Misconduct, and share with others how to file and proceed in having jurists removed from the bench.
