Trigger install help for FMK

So I bought the upgraded trigger for my FMK. There was a video on YouTube that showed you how to install it, it was a bit blurry, but I thought I could do it. It turns out that I?m stuck. If anybody in the Concord, Walnut, Creek, or East Bay area, I?d like to point me in the right direction or maybe give me a hand, there?s lunch and beer in it for you. Any help would be appreciated.
