I like the recent story of a bear breaking into someones house while the family was away, apparently went rooting through the fridge and passed right by all the veggies and straight for the chocolate, then tried to open a bottle of a fine champagne! At least the bear had good taste!

kinda reminds me of that comemrcial in which a bear broke in and spilled coke over the carpets, but they cleaned it up with the product it was advertising

More like he was shooting birdshot at a bear, and one of those rubber slugs, it seems. That's what happens when you load your HD shotgun trying to be nice to the intruder, as I remember several people suggesting here.
