I don't mean to post this to be contra to the other post going around here, but rather just to provide my experience.
I have a relatively new 45ACP 625 that I never felt was very accurate. When I started shooting some cast lead out of it the barrel was massively leaded for the first couple inches within about 30 shots. The same load never leaded in any of my other 45s so I had a feeling something wasn't right. I slugged the bore and found it measured .459", it should be nominally .452". I called customer service and the guy was extremely non-committal but said to send it in. Nine days later the gun showed up back at my house with a new barrel and shoots like a champ.
Okay they didn't send a call tag for it, so shipping cost me $60 one way, but I'm not the original owner and they took care of it in a snap so I really couldn't be happier.
