Question about selling an AR pistol kit

I have a question for the AR pistol crowd. I have a doublestar/JT 11.5 pistol kit that I need to get rid of. I decided to do a 7in build instead and no longer need the 11.5in. The question I have is what would a complete kit (11.5" upper w/ BCG, LPK, pistol buffer tube, pistol buffer & spring, and a MI rear sight) go for in the market right now. This thing in NIB - unfired.

prob close to the price of a regular AR? or maybe at most 100 more?

I guess it's more about supply and demand? I have done some research and I see prices that range as much as $400 between the high and low. That just baffles me.
