    BCM customer experience

    I bought an upper from BCM. It didn't function reliably. I sent it back. They rambled about how the cyclical rate is mil spec and how they can't reproduce the anemic ejecton and all the other issues their upper had, then blacklisted me from buying anything else on their website.

    They don't pick up the phone. They don't ship to MA or IL. They don't give you any info on when new products are available. They don't inform you about cancelled orders. What they can do though is ask for $80 for a charging handle.

    I have been a huge fan of BCM, and bought several of their uppers in the past, just to be treated like this is a huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company! They have gone downhill. All the way downhill. I just hope I will ever see a refund for that hot garbage that they push out these days without any sort of quality control.

    so what was the problem with the upper? details on the upper itself?

    CCW Training - 2/25/23
    Firearms - 3/1/23
    LAPD CCW Approval Call - 3/20/23
    CCW Permit Issued/picked up - 4/11/23

        I have no dog in this fight. Still, I'd like to know when Mr. Harbor Freight Tools entered this situation. Was it pre or post reliability discovery?

            Sometimes guns just need some breaking-in.

            It may have malfunctioned for you a bunch, but you sent it to them literally on the last malfunction before it started behaving. It happens. I've seen it personally.

            But to ban you from buying more seems extreme. Were you a completely unreasonable ahole when you were dealing with them?
