Outside of being a possible felon in possession and being intoxicated with a loaded firearm, all of the other charges would not happen in most of the other states.

This is another example of California criminalizing a right. I feel for the guy, and hope he beats these charges off.

You are not a felon until you have a previous felony conviction.
You can be out on parole from a misdemeanor...

Probation for misdemeanors. If he is in the CDCR parol system he is a convicted felon. Am I missing some unusual circumstances where people convicted of a misdemeanor are sent to state prison?

The parts of the law that make possession an arrestable or chargeable offenses are enjoined but law enforcement can still seize them under the laws that make them a nuisance which are not enjoined.

As a practical matter, pre-2000 and Freedom Week magazines cannot be seized as a nuisance, as their use and possession is currently recognized as a constitutionally protected right in California.

Exactly; reading through this literally the first charge is about the only one that would actually count as a crime in a majority of states, but the litany of AW/HCM/Ghost gun bans in the state make the guy out to be the next Lord of War when he would more likely be considered "your average gun enthusiast" in at least 35 other states.
