This just in . .it appears that it's only the non-registered firearms that

    Are dangerous for LEOs
Suspect allegedly purchased gun parts from Russia SAN LUIS OBISPO – California Attorney General Rob Bonta today announced the arrest of a suspect and the seizure of a large cache of illegal ghost guns, ghost gun kits, assault weapons, machine guns, and ammunition from the suspect’s residence in San Luis Obispo. The suspect is accused of using cut-up machine gun parts ordered from Russia to create illegal ghost guns — or unserialized and untraceable firearms — at his residence in San Luis Obispo. The suspect faces multiple felony firearm charges.

It's kinda strange . I never remember hearing about any of those xhootings. I particularly am fascinated with the amount of standard capacity magazines that were found compared to the amount of amount taken off the streets . Major cache for sure.

Someone finally volunteered to be a test case for a good portion of the CA gun control laws. His lawyer should argue that all of the laws violated are unconstitutional per NYSRPA v Bruen.

Supposedly happened in SLO county but haven’t seen any other reports of the case. We don’t have much happen here. Fishy it wasn’t on the local news.

"Ghost gun kits, which commonly contain various parts of a firearm and the instructions or tools to assemble them, can be sold by unlicensed sellers and later made into untraceable firearms at home in less than 30 minutes."

I like the fact that he had almost 3 times as many magazines as he did ammo...

Yea, ghost guns are bad but, they continue to intentionally neglect mentioning the millions of 100% legal commercially produced firearms out there that have NEVER had a SN on them. It's still 100% legal to buy a firearm from a FFL that doesn't have a SN.

Bonta should be sent to DC like we sent Kamal and Mr. Reconquista. Then they are America's problem.

DC is the offramp for corrupt and incompetent CA pols. It's the only way we have to get rid of them.

So parts kits now are considered “ghost gun kits”? What the fluff? He’s either selling them, felon, or someone didn’t like him and snitched him out just for possession.
