Any ideas what to do with empty spam cans?

I just throw all the odd things into them, like wire/flap wheels. One has assortment of weird brushes, for cleaning stuff.

Storage for tools, spare car parts, misc. junk. Just gotta watch the sharp edges...

I store cans of spam in mine. It just seems appropriate.

Put a pressure treated pole in and fill them with concrete. Use them as temp fence hangars, tree limb props, run a line between them and hang targets, punch holes in them, fill with rocks and use them as drains on the property or;

call them antiques and sell them for big $$$ to tourists.

I was actually thinking about putting some handles on 2 sides of the can then melting the tin/lead solder off and bending the sharp edges inward. Years ago at a gun show a vendor had spare Mosin parts in a spam can but it looked like he had glued some type of felt (billiards type material) along the inside. I know it seems like way too much work to put into a spam can but I like to tinker around.

Bend the top flaps down inside the cans so there are fewer sharp edges to catch fingers on.
Use however you like.

Garage shelving? Paint em, Bolt em to the wall, put lighter weight stuff in em, maybe next to the laundry to surprise the wifey.
